About the Briefing
The US Urban Land Institute has recently completed analysis revealing that the US homeownership rate will continue to decrease for at least the next 15 years, leading to a surge in rental demand.
This will provide a strong tailwind for US multifamily apartment and seniors housing investments.
Spire Capital has been active in this thematic since 2011. Spire’s first fund, Spire USA ROC II Fund (AUD), has generated a total net return of 66.11% since inception in 2013 (27.58% p.a.).
Spire Capital’s US real estate partner, Bridge Investment Group Partners, LLC, manager of the ‘ROC Funds’, has been successfully investing in US multifamily rental apartment and seniors housing communities for over 25 years.
Bridge’s founder and Chief Investment Officer, Danuel Stanger, and CEO Don Hartman, will brief advisers and investors on the changing dynamics of the US real estate markets and with Spire Capital launch Spire USA ROC III Fund (AUD).
Places are limited so please RSVP early and by Friday 4 September 2015 by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
