The Spire USA ROC IV Fund (AUD) (the “Fund”) feeds into Bridge Multifamily Fund IV LP (70%) and Bridge Office Fund I LP (30%). Spire USA ROC IV Fund (AUD) seeks to generate regular income and capital appreciation through value-add US real estate investments. The Fund owns 0.66% of BMF IV’s diverse portfolio of 59 multifamily investments in high-growth markets, while exposure to BOF I has decreased to less than 2% due to US office sector underperformance. Bridge manages approximately $25 billion in assets, including 40,000 multifamily units, 12,500 senior housing units and 14.4 million square feet of commercial office space across 23 states.
