The Spire US Data Centre Colocation Fund IV (USD) (the ‘Fund’) is a unit class of the Spire Capital Master Fund and feeder vehicle for Hivelocity (formerly known as ColoHouse (‘Underlying Fund’). The Fund invests in Hivelocity through Valterra Data Holdings, LLC, managed by Valterra Partners LLC, a US-based lower mid-market private equity firm that specialises in high-growth companies in ‘infrastructure-adjacent’ sectors. Hivelocity is a leading full service private cloud digital infrastructure platform with 7000+ customers across 40 locations, including prime ‘edge’ locations across major US cities (e.g. New York, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Phoenix and Dallas). The company allows customers to optimise their private cloud needs for cost, performance and compliance considerations.
