Matthew Cook and Dale Holmes recently completed a tour of a number of assets currently owned within the ROC II, ROC III and ROC Seniors Housing Funds.
What was striking is the investment manager Bridge IGP’s repeatable and systematic approach to adding value to properties.
Also notable was the significant potential arbitrage that ROC III investors will enjoy, as many of the assets into which they are investing at Cost, have already enjoyed significant uplifts in occupancies, rental rates and therefore presumably value.
